Happy Spaces, LLC has been a short term rental host for over 6 year and have been investing in real estate for over 20 years. Our team manages over 14 Five-star Medium and Short term rentals nationwide and we pride ourselves on superior customer service and clean comfortable spaces. 

Real estate has been in Norma Richards's family for two generations. She first learned real estate watching her father manage rental properties in Flint, Michigan. Her problem solving skills have been fine tuned during her many years providing solutions to clients and guests while working in the short term rental industry. She is an author and proud graduate of Howard University having majored in Microbiology. Before getting into real estate full time she owned her own women's boutique in Columbus, Ohio and her eye for design and style translates into her creativity in interior design. 

Happy Spaces LLC's mission and vision are tucked right into the name of the company. Their mission is to create clean safe spaces that guest can enjoy and a superior customer service experience for both hosts and guest alike.
